Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No concrete batching plants are listed in Dubai today. A plant is a specialised hire and many suppliers arrange one per project rather than listing it. A request on the inquiry board reaches verified suppliers across the market, which is the fastest route to a quote for a site in Dubai.
The UAE batching plant page shows any plants listed elsewhere, and the Abu Dhabi and Sharjah pages do the same for their emirates. The Dubai hub lists the loaders, trucks and generators that run alongside a plant.
Equipment Finders is a marketplace. A plant listing would show hourly output, the type of mixer and how to contact the supplier directly, leaving price, installation and terms to be settled with that supplier. Renters are not charged and no commission is added. A request that gives the output, pour programme and site lets a supplier price plant and installation together.
A mobile plant is built on a trailer and is set up on a prepared pad, usually without a concrete foundation. It suits building and infrastructure projects in areas like Jebel Ali and Dubai Investments Park, and it moves on when the pours are finished.
A stationary plant stands on foundations with tower silos and large aggregate storage. It produces more concrete per hour and is hired for long contracts on highways and big developments.
Compact plants occupy little ground and are towed or lifted in. They fit precast yards, remote sites beyond ready-mix reach and projects with modest daily pours.
Begin with the largest single pour and the hours available to place it. Divide the volume by the hours, then add a margin for truck turnaround and breakdowns. Look at the daily average as well: a plant sized only for the peak stands idle for most of the month.
Aggregate and cement storage matter as much as the mixer: a plant stops when the loader falls behind. Twin-shaft mixers handle stiff, high-strength mixes, and drum mixers suit ordinary structural concrete.
With no plants listed, there are no rates to quote. Plants are usually priced by the month with a minimum term, and installation, commissioning and dismantling are charged separately or folded into the rate. Look for a technician, calibration, spares and VAT in the quote, and for who provides the foundation, power and water.
When suppliers add plants in Dubai they will appear here, with verified suppliers marked. Until then a request is more effective than waiting.
Tell suppliers the output, pour schedule and site by posting a request, or go back to the equipment rental hub.
With nothing listed in Dubai there is no rate to publish. Expect a monthly price on a minimum term that reflects output, mixer type and length of hire, with installation, technician, spares and VAT either itemised or folded in.
Take the biggest pour and the hours allowed to place it, divide, and allow for truck turnaround and stoppages. Then test the result against the daily average, and make sure cement and aggregate storage can feed the mixer at that rate.
This differs between suppliers and is fixed in the quote. Some erect and commission the plant with their own crew and provide a technician at the start or throughout. The pad, power and water normally fall to the renter, so ask for every item to be written down.
It depends on the plant type and the site. A mobile plant on a prepared pad is quicker than a stationary plant that needs foundations and silos. Ask the supplier for a programme covering delivery, erection, commissioning and calibration before you commit to a pour date.
With no plants listed, coverage cannot be stated. A plant is transported by trailer, so the supplier prices delivery by distance and the site's access. Give the site location in your request, for example in Jebel Ali or Dubai Investments Park, to receive an accurate quote.
