Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No concrete batching plants are listed for hire in the UAE today. Batching plants are a specialised category and suppliers are still adding them to Equipment Finders. The fastest route to a plant now is a request on the inquiry board, which reaches concrete equipment suppliers across the UAE, including those who hire a mobile plant with a project rather than listing it.
The equipment rental hub lists the loaders, trucks and generators that run alongside a plant, and the pages for Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will show batching plants as suppliers list them.
Equipment Finders is a marketplace, not an operator of plant. When batching plants are listed, each listing will state output in cubic metres per hour, the mixer type, the number of aggregate bins and the supplier's direct contact, and the renter agrees price, installation and terms with the supplier. Renters pay nothing and no commission is added. A request should give the required output, the pour schedule and the site, so suppliers can quote the plant and installation together.
Mobile plants fold onto a trailer chassis and set up on a compacted pad in a day or two without a concrete foundation. Outputs of 30 to 60 cubic metres per hour cover most building and infrastructure sites, and the plant moves on when the pours are done. This is the type most often hired.
Stationary plants sit on concrete foundations with tower silos and larger aggregate storage, and produce 60 to 120 cubic metres per hour and more. They suit highways, dams and large developments, and are hired on contracts of a year or more.
Compact plants of 10 to 30 cubic metres per hour fit a small footprint and are towed or lifted into place. They suit precast yards, remote sites without reliable ready-mix delivery, and projects with small daily pours.
Start from the largest single pour on the programme and the time available to place it. A 400 cubic metre raft placed in eight hours needs 50 cubic metres per hour, before allowing for truck turnaround and breakdowns. Then check the daily average, since a plant sized only for the peak sits idle most of the month.
Also consider aggregate and cement storage, since a plant stops when the loader falls behind, and mixer type: twin-shaft mixers handle stiff and high-strength mixes, drum mixers ordinary structural concrete.
There are no batching plants listed today, so no rates can be quoted. Suppliers normally price a plant by the month on a minimum term, with installation, commissioning and dismantling charged separately or built into the rate. The quote should also cover a technician, calibration, spare parts and VAT, and say who supplies the foundation, power and water.
When listings appear here, they will be grouped by emirate on the Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi pages linked above, with verified suppliers marked.
Post a request on the inquiry board with the required output, the pour schedule, the site and the hire period, and concrete equipment suppliers across the UAE will reply with quotes.
No batching plants are listed today, so there are no published rates to report. Plants are usually hired by the month on a minimum term, and the price depends on output, mixer type and the length of the hire. Installation, a technician, calibration, spare parts and VAT are quoted separately or built into the monthly figure.
Divide the largest single pour by the hours available to place it, then add a margin for truck turnaround and stoppages. A 400 cubic metre pour in eight hours needs about 50 cubic metres per hour. Check that the daily average justifies the plant size, and that aggregate and cement storage can keep the mixer fed at that rate.
That varies by supplier and is agreed in the quote. Most suppliers install and commission the plant with their own crew and provide a technician for the first days or for the whole hire. The renter usually prepares the pad, foundation, power and water. Ask for each of these items to be listed separately.
A mobile plant on a prepared pad is typically erected and commissioned within a few days, provided power and water are connected. A stationary plant with foundations, silos and conveyors takes several weeks. Include the time for calibration and trial mixes before the first structural pour when planning the programme.
There are no batching plants listed yet, so coverage cannot be stated. Suppliers of concrete equipment on the platform are based mainly in Dubai, Sharjah and Musaffah in Abu Dhabi, and a plant can be transported anywhere in the UAE for a cost. Give the site location in the request so suppliers can price the transport and installation.
A wheel loader to feed the aggregate bins, a cement supply by bulk tanker, water and power connections, mixer trucks to deliver the concrete, and a trained operator. Loaders, trucks and generators are listed in the equipment rental hub, so the rest of the setup can be sourced from the same suppliers.
