214 wheel loaders are listed for hire across the UAE today from 132 suppliers, 2 of them verified. Caterpillar accounts for 172 of the machines, with Komatsu on 17, Volvo on 8 and Liugong on 4, so parts and operators familiar with the controls are easy to find. Dubai leads with 82 listings, Abu Dhabi Emirate has 49 and Sharjah Emirate 48, and the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah pages show each emirate's stock.
A wheel loader is the site's material handler: it loads trucks with sand and aggregate, feeds crushers and batching plants, moves stockpiles, backfills and, with forks, shifts pallets and pipe. The sections below set out the size classes on offer, how to choose bucket size and operating capacity, the attachments available, current hire rates and where the loaders are based. Smaller loaders and the rest of the fleet are on the rental hub.
Each loader is listed by the supplier that owns it, with model, year, bucket size where given, location, the rate if published and a direct phone and WhatsApp number. The price and period are settled with the supplier; EquipmentsFinder charges the renter nothing and takes no commission. Suppliers list free and can pay for plans.
Filter the 214 listings by emirate, brand and price. The years stated on listings spread evenly, with 2024, 2020, 2013 and 2008 appearing three times each, so there is a choice between late-model machines and older units at lower rates. Hours, tyre condition and bucket wear are worth checking in the photos or on a yard visit before a long hire.
Compact loaders with buckets of around one cubic metre work in landscaping, building sites, block yards and anywhere a full-size loader cannot turn. They travel on a standard lowbed and some can be driven short distances between sites. They are the step up from a skid steer when more reach and capacity are needed.
Mid-size loaders, with buckets of roughly two to three and a half cubic metres, make up the bulk of the UAE fleet. They load tippers in a sensible number of passes, feed batching plants, handle stockpiles on infrastructure projects and run forks for material handling, which is why they are the default request from most contractors.
Large loaders with buckets of four cubic metres and more are for quarries, crusher feeding, port bulk handling and major earthworks where truck loading rates drive the programme. They need firm ground and room to work, and are moved by heavy lowbed. Availability is tighter than for the mid-size class, so they are worth booking early.
Match the bucket to the truck: a loader should fill a tipper in three to five passes, so a larger truck fleet calls for a bigger bucket. Match operating capacity to the material density; a bucket that fills with sand may overload the loader with wet aggregate or rock, so a heavier material means a smaller bucket or a bigger machine. Tipping load and lift height decide whether the loader can clear the side of a high-sided truck or a crusher hopper.
Consider the ground and the distances. Long carries on a large site favour a bigger, faster loader; tight yards favour a compact one. Ask about tyres, since sand and quarry work wear them differently, and whether the machine has a quick coupler for attachment changes.
Beyond the standard bucket, suppliers can often supply:
Attachments are usually priced separately and depend on the loader having a quick coupler and the right hydraulic circuit. Confirm what the supplier holds for the specific machine before relying on an attachment that may have to be sourced elsewhere.
14 of the listings publish a daily rate. They run from AED 500 to AED 3,500 with a typical rate around AED 1,050, the lower figures being compact and older machines and the upper end larger late-model loaders. Monthly rates are published on 16 listings and run from AED 13,000 to AED 30,000, with a typical rate around AED 16,000, which makes the month the economical option for any hire longer than a couple of weeks.
The other listings quote on request. Fuel, delivery, operator and VAT are handled differently by each supplier; 2 listings currently include an operator. For a firm figure, state the bucket size, the material and the hire period and ask the supplier to itemise the quote.
Dubai has 82 wheel loaders listed, 81 of them based in Dubai city, serving the emirate's construction, logistics and industrial areas. The Dubai wheel loader page lists them.
Abu Dhabi Emirate lists 49 loaders, 46 in Musaffah, the plant-yard district that supplies the capital and the industrial and oil-field areas beyond it. See the Abu Dhabi page.
Sharjah Emirate lists 48 loaders, 41 in Sharjah city and 7 in Adh Dhayd near the central quarry areas. The Sharjah page shows them.
Ras Al Khaimah has 17 loaders listed, reflecting its quarrying and cement industries, Fujairah 9 with 8 in Al Fujairah City, Ajman Emirate 7 and Umm Al Quwain 2. Every emirate has at least one loader listed today.
If none of the 214 listings fits, or to compare quotes, post a request with the bucket size, the material, the site location and the hire period. Suppliers across the UAE respond directly and the request is shown on the inquiry board. Posting is free and nothing is added to the price agreed.

Published daily rates currently run from AED 500 to AED 3,500 with a typical rate around AED 1,050, based on the 14 listings that show one. Size the bucket so a tipper fills in three to five passes, and check the operating capacity against the material: wet aggregate and rock are heavier than sand. Compact loaders with around a one-cubic-metre bucket suit yards and landscaping, mid-size machines of two to three and a half cubic metres cover most site work, and large loaders serve quarries and crushers.
A wheel loader is larger, articulated and built for volume: it loads trucks, moves stockpiles and carries heavy loads over distance. A skid steer is compact, turns within its own length and works inside buildings and tight compounds, running many attachments. For truck loading and bulk material a wheel loader is the right machine; for confined work the skid steer.
It varies by supplier and is stated on the listing or confirmed on contact. Currently 2 of the 214 listings include an operator; most hires are machine-only and the renter provides an operator with a valid licence for the machine class. Many suppliers can arrange an operator for an additional daily charge if asked.
Yes. Single-day hires are common for loading jobs and stockpile moves, and 14 suppliers publish a daily rate. Transport to and from site is charged separately and can equal the day rate, so a nearby yard matters for a short hire. For anything beyond a couple of weeks, the monthly rates published on 16 listings are more economical.
Every emirate has wheel loaders listed: Dubai has 82, Abu Dhabi Emirate 49, Sharjah Emirate 48, Ras Al Khaimah 17, Fujairah 9, Ajman Emirate 7 and Umm Al Quwain 2. Delivery is priced by distance, so choose the yard nearest the site and check its location on the listing.
Caterpillar accounts for 172 of the 214 loaders listed, followed by Komatsu with 17, Volvo with 8, Liugong with 4, Hyundai with 2 and JAC and JCB with 1 each. Brand affects parts and operator familiarity, but bucket size, operating capacity, hours and the condition of the specific machine matter more when choosing.
