EquipmentsFinder currently lists 126 pieces of lifting equipment for sale in the UAE from 43 suppliers, 3 of them verified. Forklifts make up the bulk of it with 103 listings, followed by 15 telehandlers and 8 scissor lifts. Toyota (23), Komatsu (22) and Caterpillar (17) are the most listed brands, with JCB, JLG, Mitsubishi, Manitou and Doosan behind them.
Sharjah holds 100 of the listings, 91 in Sharjah city and 9 in Al Hamriyah, and Dubai has the other 26. Sellers publish their phone and WhatsApp details on every listing, and the marketplace charges buyers nothing. Short-term needs are covered on the lifting equipment rental page; the buy hub lists every category.
Use the grid above to filter by subcategory, brand, lift capacity, year and emirate. 44 of the 126 listings show an asking price; the rest are quoted by the seller when contacted. Open any listing for photos, mast or boom height, hours and the seller's contact.
Buyers contact the seller directly and negotiate without an intermediary. Verified suppliers have had their trade licence checked, and dealers often add a load test and a short warranty that private sellers do not. Posting a listing is free, so the stock includes forklifts from warehouses and factories that are upgrading, as well as dealer inventory.
103 forklifts are listed, from 1.5-tonne electric warehouse trucks to 10-tonne diesel yard machines. Toyota, Komatsu, Mitsubishi and Caterpillar supply most of them. Diesel units with pneumatic tyres suit open yards and sand; electric trucks with cushion tyres belong on warehouse floors and in food or pharmaceutical stores where exhaust is unacceptable.
15 telehandlers are for sale, with JCB and Manitou among the brands. A telehandler places blocks, rebar and scaffold on a rising structure that a forklift cannot reach, and takes a bucket or man basket when needed. Lift height and forward reach define the machine; a 17-metre unit covers most mid-rise building work.
8 scissor lifts are listed, mostly JLG. Scissor lifts give a flat working platform for MEP installation, cladding and ceilings. Electric models with non-marking tyres work indoors on finished floors; diesel rough-terrain models with outriggers work on compacted sand outside.
Chain hoists, winches, slings and lifting beams are not listed as separate subcategories today, and the grid rarely carries them as individual items. They sometimes appear in the description of a larger machine or in a dealer's bundle, so a purchase request is the quicker route for rigging gear.
Start with the heaviest load and where it must go. A forklift's rated capacity applies at a stated load centre, usually 500 or 600 mm; a wide or long pallet moves the centre outward and cuts the real capacity. Add the weight of the attachment, whether that is a side shift, a clamp or a rotator.
For telehandlers and scissor lifts, the question is height and reach rather than tonnage alone. Read the load chart at the maximum reach the job needs, and allow for the platform occupants and tools on a scissor lift. Finally match the machine to the ground: pneumatic tyres and four-wheel drive for yards and sites, cushion tyres for concrete floors.
Asking prices are shown on 44 of the 126 listings. They currently range from AED 8,000 for small used forklifts to AED 299,000 for a late-model telehandler or large-capacity truck, with a typical asking price around AED 58,500.
Build years on the listings cluster around 2011, 2012 and 2014, with 3 machines from 2024. A forklift's price depends on capacity, fuel type, mast height and hours; a telehandler's on lift height and reach. VAT, delivery and any load-test certificate are normally extra and should be confirmed with the seller.
26 pieces of lifting equipment are listed in Dubai, mostly forklifts from logistics firms and dealers. See the Dubai lifting equipment page for that stock.
Nothing is listed in Abu Dhabi today. The Abu Dhabi lifting equipment page updates as sellers post, and Dubai and Sharjah sellers will deliver a forklift to the capital on a flatbed.
Sharjah has 100 listings, 91 in the city's industrial areas and 9 in Al Hamriyah. The Sharjah lifting equipment page is the largest single pool of used forklifts and telehandlers in the country.
No lifting equipment is listed in these emirates at present. Sharjah is next door to Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, and a purchase request reaches sellers in every emirate.
If the grid lacks the capacity, height or brand required, post a purchase request and sellers across the UAE will reply with offers. Posting is free and the request stays on the inquiry board until it is filled.

The 44 priced listings currently run from AED 8,000 to AED 299,000, with a typical asking price around AED 58,500. Small used forklifts sit at the low end; late-model telehandlers and high-capacity trucks at the top. The other 82 listings are priced on request, and figures usually exclude VAT and delivery.
A forklift for pallets on flat ground, a telehandler for placing materials at height on a building, a scissor lift for working on ceilings and services. Size a forklift from the heaviest load at its load centre, and a telehandler or scissor lift from the height and reach required. Then choose tyres and drive to suit the surface.
Used forklifts and telehandlers are plentiful and parts support for Toyota, Komatsu, Caterpillar and JCB is strong in the UAE, so used is the usual choice for yards and sites. Buy new for a warehouse that runs multiple shifts, where warranty and uptime matter more than the purchase price. Both are listed today.
Yes, and it should be done. Check the mast chains and rollers, fork heels for wear, hydraulic cylinders for leaks and the hour meter against general condition. Lift a known load to full height. On a telehandler, inspect the boom wear pads and the load moment indicator; on a scissor lift, test every safety interlock.
A sale invoice, a copy of the seller's trade licence and the machine's ownership or import documents are the usual set. Forklifts and scissor lifts are not road-registered, so there is normally no plate transfer. Check that the serial number on the data plate matches the paperwork and ask for any load-test certificate.
Toyota leads with 23 listings and Komatsu follows with 22, both mainly forklifts. Caterpillar has 17, JCB 11, JLG 7, Mitsubishi 5, Manitou 4 and Doosan 3. JCB and Manitou cover the telehandler side, and JLG most of the scissor lifts.
Yes. Forklifts, telehandlers and scissor lifts are widely hired in the UAE by the day or month, which suits a fit-out or a seasonal peak better than a purchase. The rental section of EquipmentsFinder lists hire stock with the same direct contact to the supplier.
