Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
3 listings available
Three drilling machines and rigs are listed for sale in Dubai today, from one supplier who is not yet verified. All three are 2024 builds, and the brand field on each reads "other", so the make and model are best confirmed with the seller. No Dubai listing shows an asking price.
EquipmentsFinder charges the buyer nothing and takes no commission. The same category across all emirates is on the UAE drilling rig page, and drilling equipment for a single project can be taken from the drilling rig rental page.
Open a listing to read what the seller has entered and to see the photographs, then call or message on WhatsApp. Ask for the model, the drilling method and depth, the rated torque, and which tooling comes with the rig.
The sale is made directly between buyer and seller, and EquipmentsFinder does not hold funds. Check the licence of the supplier and see the rig working before payment. The Dubai hub lists other categories for sale in the emirate.
Rotary rigs drill large-diameter bored piles using a kelly bar or a rotary head on a crawler base. They are the foundation machines for towers in ground that is sand and weak rock near the coast.
Piling rigs install foundation piles, either by drilling or by driving. The mast height, torque and pull-down force decide the pile diameter and depth that a rig can reach.
Truck- or trailer-mounted rigs for boreholes and monitoring wells. Their depth capacity and the compressor or mud pump that comes with them matter as much as the rig itself.
Smaller machines for sampling and for drilling openings through concrete and rock. These are bought by testing laboratories, ground-investigation firms and specialist contractors.
Because the three Dubai listings are not sorted by type, read the specification on each to see which of these it is.
Start from the ground investigation report: the soil layers, rock strength, groundwater and the target depth. These decide whether an auger, a core barrel or a rock roller bit is needed, and so the torque and pull-down the rig must supply.
Then check the access. A tracked rotary rig needs a firm platform and enough overhead clearance for its mast, while a water-well rig can work from a track with less preparation. Allow for tooling and support equipment in the budget, since the rig alone seldom completes the work.
No Dubai listing shows a price, so no range or typical figure is available. The seller sets the price on request, and it depends on rig type, torque and depth capacity, year, hours and tooling included.
Ask whether the price covers the drill rods, kelly bars, buckets or augers, and whether delivery, setting up and commissioning are included. VAT is normally added to the quote.
All three are in Dubai, with one supplier. The seller can say where each rig is held. Industrial areas such as Al Quoz and Dubai Investments Park are common places for equipment yards, so ask for the address before travelling.
Other emirates have their own pages: the Sharjah drilling rig page and the Abu Dhabi drilling rig page.
If the rig needed is not among the three, post a purchase request with the drilling method, depth, diameter and budget. Suppliers reply directly, at no cost to the buyer.
None of the three Dubai drilling rigs shows a price, so the seller quotes on request. The figure depends on rig type, torque and depth capacity, hours and the tooling included. Ask for a written quotation and confirm whether VAT, delivery and commissioning are extra.
Choose from the ground and the depth: a rotary rig for large bored piles, a piling rig for foundations, a water-well rig for boreholes and a core machine for sampling. Check torque, pull-down and mast height against the deepest hole and the site clearance.
All three Dubai listings are 2024 builds, so they are close to new. Used rigs with long hours need a close look at the mast, rotary head and hydraulics. New suits a company starting a long piling or drilling programme.
Yes. See the rig at the seller's location and ask for a demonstration. Check hydraulic hoses and cylinders for leaks, the rotary head and gearbox, the mast and its pins, and the engine hours. Ask for the service records.
Expect a sale invoice, the seller's trade licence copy and the rig's import or ownership papers. Match the serial plate to the documents. If the rig is carried on a registered truck, the seller can explain any registration transfer.
The brand field for the three Dubai drilling rigs reads "other", so the make is not stated. Open each listing or ask the seller for the manufacturer and model before comparing them with machines elsewhere.
