Pricing

How our pricing works

The rules behind the numbers - what an allowance covers, what happens when things lapse, and what you get back when something cannot be delivered. Prices themselves live on the pricing page.

Rental listing plans

What does "listings at a time" mean?

Your plan covers how many rental machines you can have listed at once - not per month. Example: on a plan covering 5 listings, you can keep the same 5 machines live all year. If you unpublish one, its place stays used until your plan renews; this stops a plan being shared across more machines than it covers by rotating them.

What happens to my listings if my subscription lapses?

Your listings are hidden, not deleted. Everything - photos, descriptions, history - is kept exactly as it was, and the moment you subscribe again your most recent listings come back automatically, up to what the new plan covers.

I need one more listing but the next plan is much bigger. What do I do?

Add extra listings one at a time from your subscriptions page. Each extra listing rides on your existing plan and renews on the same billing date. Example: a supplier on a 5-listing plan with a 6th machine adds one extra listing instead of jumping to the next tier.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are checked against your live listings first - if you have more machines listed than the smaller plan covers, we tell you before anything changes rather than hiding listings silently.

Selling machines

How do sale listings work?

You buy a package of listing slots for a fixed term - a single listing or a multi-slot package. A slot holds one machine for sale. When the machine sells and you close the listing, the slot comes back and you can list another machine for the rest of the term.

Do sale packages auto-renew?

No. A package is a one-off purchase - no stored card, no surprise renewal. When the term ends your listings are hidden but kept, and buying a new package brings them back automatically.

Can I get a refund on a package?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, in full, as long as the package is unused. After that, or once slots are in use, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

I hold two packages. Which slots get used first?

The package expiring soonest is used first, automatically. Example: if you hold a 6-month package ending in March and a 1-year package ending in September, new listings fill the March package first so none of it goes to waste.

The inquiry board and leads

What is the inquiry board?

Contractors post what equipment they need; suppliers unlock those requests to get the contact details and respond. Browsing the board is free for everyone - you pay only to unlock a lead, either one at a time or through a monthly plan that covers a number of leads.

What is the free trial?

Every account gets free leads to try the board - once per account, usable on any request in any category, no card required. Start it from the pricing page and they are ready immediately.

Why does the Starter plan ask me to choose categories?

Starter covers leads in up to 3 equipment categories that you choose at purchase - a crane company should not have to pay for excavator leads. You can change your chosen categories once per billing period. The bigger plans cover every category and never ask.

Do unused leads roll over?

A lead you unlock stays unlocked - the contact details remain yours. Unused monthly allowance does not carry into the next month, and if you cancel, any remaining balance is forfeited on cancellation.

Why can I not contact a contractor about a request?

Usually one of two rules: the request is outside the categories your plan covers, or you have no live listing in that category yet - we ask suppliers to have relevant equipment listed before contacting contractors, so contractors hear from suppliers who can actually help.

Boosts and visibility

What does a boost buy?

A fixed placement for a fixed time: a spot in the featured row of your equipment category, or a homepage spotlight. Placements are strictly limited - that scarcity is what makes them worth buying - so a boost can genuinely sell out.

What if the placement I want is sold out?

The checkout refuses before charging you - you will never pay for a spot that is not free. If a payment ever lands at the same moment somebody else takes the last place, it is refunded automatically and in full.

Why can I not put a rental boost on my sale listing?

Each boost places you in a specific row, and a sale listing never appears in the rental rows. Selling you that placement would take your money for a spot your listing cannot occupy, so the menu only ever offers boosts that apply to that listing.

Billing, VAT and payments

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Every price you see is what leaves your account - UAE VAT is included in the displayed amount, and your tax invoice shows the net amount and VAT separately.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. One-off purchases (packages, boosts, single leads) do not save your card; subscriptions renew until you cancel.

How do I cancel a subscription?

From your dashboard, any time. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period already billed; nothing renews after that.

Where do I see what everything costs?

On the pricing page. Every figure there is read live from our catalogue - it is the same source our checkout charges from, so the two cannot disagree.

Still unsure which plan fits? Tell us what you rent or sell and we will point you at the smallest plan that covers it.
