Zoomlion machines listed

Zoomlion is a Chinese manufacturer of cranes and concrete equipment. In the UAE listings you will find:

Mobile cranes (5): telescopic cranes on a wheeled carrier, which travel under their own power and set up on outriggers.

Truck cranes (5): cranes mounted on a truck chassis, often used for short jobs where a quick set-up matters more than reach.

Forklifts (2): the two listings in lifting equipment, for yards and stores.

By category, cranes account for 10 listings and lifting equipment for 2. The listings do not name a model or a year, so ask the supplier for the model, capacity, boom length and hours before you compare machines. The capacity on the nameplate is the figure to rely on, and the load chart tells you what the crane can lift at each radius.

Both Sharjah and Dubai have stock, so buyers can usually inspect a crane within a day. You can also compare cranes with other equipment types on the for-sale page.

Prices of Zoomlion machines in the UAE

3 of the 12 listings show a price, which is too few to give a range. A forklift and a large truck crane are priced very differently, so the supplier quotes on request. Ask for the figure in AED and check whether inspection, transport and VAT are included.

What to check before buying a Zoomlion crane

Ask for the load chart and nameplate details, and check that the serial number matches the documents. Request a recent inspection and load-test certificate for any crane. Extend the boom through all sections and watch for hesitation, oil leaks and play in the boom pads. Look at the wire rope, hook block and winch, and check the overload warning system. For a new machine, ask about warranty terms, spare parts supply and who services it locally. Cranes lifting on construction sites need a lift plan and an operator with a licence for the machine class.

Compare with other brands

The UAE for-sale list holds 1,023 listings. Caterpillar has 127, Komatsu 75, JCB 61, Volvo 46, Mercedes 29 and Hyundai 29. Zoomlion is a smaller name here, so it is worth comparing a quotation against cranes of similar capacity from the larger makes.
