Eleven mixer trucks are listed for sale in the UAE today, from 7 suppliers, none yet verified. Six are in Sharjah and five in Dubai. The brands named include Volvo (4), Ford (1), Ashok Leyland (1) and Daewoo (1); two listings give no make. Most listings show no usable price, so there is no typical figure to quote and each seller has to be asked.
A mixer truck carries a rotating drum that keeps ready-mixed concrete workable on the way from the batching plant to the pour. Drum volume is usually described in cubic metres, and the larger sizes need an eight-wheel chassis to stay within axle limits. Smaller mixers suit narrow sites and short trips.
Wear in the drum blades and the hydraulic drive decides how much life is left, so ask when the blades were last replaced. If you need a certain drum size or chassis, Post an inquiry and suppliers can answer. See also the wider trucks for sale page.
Eleven are listed today, from 7 suppliers: six in Sharjah and five in Dubai. Stock moves as sellers add or remove listings, so recheck the page before travelling. If you need a specific drum size or axle layout, post an inquiry and sellers with matching trucks can reply.
Choose by the pours you do. Small drums of a few cubic metres reach tight sites and low-volume work, while larger drums suit plants and big pours but need heavier chassis. Ask the seller for the rated drum volume, the chassis axle count and the legal gross weight.
Inspect inside the drum for blade wear and hardened concrete build-up, and listen to the drum drive and gearbox while it turns. Check the chute, the water tank, the hydraulic hoses and the chassis. Ask for the registration card and any recent drum or hydraulic repair records.
Concrete left to set inside the drum cuts the usable volume and wears the blades when it is chipped out. A clean, recently serviced drum is worth more than one that needs a refit. Ask when the drum was last washed out and chipped, and whether it has been relined.
