Six Caterpillar dozers are listed for sale in the UAE today, from 5 suppliers. All six are used. Four are in Sharjah and two are in Dubai. None of the suppliers is verified yet.
The dozer category has 8 listings across the UAE, so Caterpillar accounts for most of what is available. The only other brand listed is Komatsu, with 2.
The listings do not name models, subcategories or years, so details come from the seller. Ask for the model (D4, D6, D8 and so on), the year, the hours and whether the blade is a straight, angle or semi-U type.
Caterpillar's crawler dozers are grouped by size. A D6 class machine, at about 20 tonnes, is the usual all-round choice for site clearing, road bases and stockpile work. A D8 class machine, at about 38 tonnes or more, is for heavy pushing, quarry and large earthmoving jobs. Smaller D3 to D5 machines work on finishing and grading where space is tight.
No price is shown on any of the six listings, so there is no figure to quote. Dozer prices depend heavily on undercarriage life, hours and whether the machine has a ripper. Ask each supplier for a written quote and compare several. The UAE used equipment price guide shows market levels for the machine types with enough priced listings.
Undercarriage: measure track link, roller and sprocket wear, as this is the largest cost on any used dozer. Hours: compare the meter reading with cab wear and the service records. Blade and ripper: check cutting edges, pins and bushes, and the tilt and lift rams for leaks. Engine and transmission: start cold, watch for smoke and listen for gear whine. Final drives: oil in the sight glass or on the ground around the drives suggests a leak. Heat: ask whether the machine worked in summer quarry or desert conditions and how the radiator was kept.
Only Komatsu is listed alongside Caterpillar in the dozer category today, with 2 listings. The wider range is on the dozers for sale page, and all Caterpillar machines, including excavators and loaders, are under Caterpillar for sale.
To hire a dozer instead, see Caterpillar dozers for rent. Owners can estimate a sale price using the value tool, and anyone who needs a particular model can post a request.
Six are listed today by 5 suppliers, all used. Four are in Sharjah and two in Dubai. The whole dozer category has 8 listings, the other 2 being Komatsu.
The listings do not give model names. Ask the supplier which model it is and confirm the serial number on the machine plate before you agree a price.
No listing shows a price today. Cost varies widely with size, hours and undercarriage condition. Request quotes from several suppliers and use the price guide as a reference.
Not on this page. All six listings are used. If you want a new machine, post a request with the model and the budget so suppliers can reply.
Four are in Sharjah and two in Dubai. Book a viewing with the supplier using the phone or WhatsApp number on the listing. Transport by low-bed is arranged with the supplier.
Yes. There is a rental page for Caterpillar dozers. Hire suits a single earthmoving job, while buying suits a contractor with continuous site preparation work.
