Delete your account
This applies to your Equipments Finder account, whether you use it on the website or in the Android app.
How to ask
Email support@equipmentsfinder.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed up with a phone number, include it. We confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile.
- Your listings and their photos, and your stores.
- Your equipment requests, saved listings and messages with support.
What is kept, and for how long
- Tax invoices and payment records, for as long as UAE tax law requires us to keep them. They are deleted after that.
- Analytics that do not identify you, in aggregate.
An active paid plan ends when the account is deleted. Cancel it first if you want to stop the next payment sooner. More in our privacy policy.
