No boom loaders are listed for hire in Jaipur today. Telehandler owners have not yet joined the India site in this city, so contractors can post a request and owners can list a machine free. The India boom loaders page covers other places.
A boom loader, often called a telehandler, extends a boom forward and upward, placing loads where a forklift or a loader cannot. Warehouses and steel sheds at Sitapura and Mahindra World City use them for pallets and racking, while building sites use them to lift blocks, pipes and frames to upper floors without waiting for a crane.
Forks are the standard fitting. Buckets handle loose material, and some machines can carry a work platform, but only if that model is rated for people. Ask exactly which attachments arrive with the hire.
Capacity drops as the boom reaches out and up, so the number printed on the machine only applies close in. Give the weight, the height and the reach, then ask for the chart at full extension. Mention uneven or soft ground, which affects stability. If a work platform is wanted, insist on a rated machine and a trained operator. Pricing is by the day, week or month, with the driver, diesel, attachments, delivery and GST discussed one at a time.
Dry heat and dust call for a clean cooling pack and filters, so ask about servicing. Telehandlers can move a short way under their own power, but a trailer is normal for the trip to site. Compare ownership at boom loaders for sale in Jaipur, or use the Jaipur hire hub.
Hire rates for boom loaders in Jaipur stay unstated until a supplier lists one. Lift capacity, reach, attachments and transport decide the total.
Check the heaviest load and the highest point it must reach. Then read the load chart at that reach rather than the maximum rating.
For light loads at moderate height, often yes. Very heavy or high lifts stay with a crane.
Usually on request. Confirm training on this type of machine before work begins.
Weekly hire is common for building jobs. Ask for the weekly rate and what delay days cost.
