Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No equipment is listed for hire in Bengaluru today. EquipmentsFinder has only just opened its India site, and Bengaluru is one of its six metro areas. Post a request describing the machine and the site, and verified suppliers can reply with a quote.
Suppliers publish their machines, and builders, contractors and site managers contact them directly by phone or WhatsApp. EquipmentsFinder charges renters nothing and takes no commission. Prices on the India site are in INR where a supplier states them. Until Bengaluru suppliers list, a request is the quickest way to reach them.
The marketplace covers excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, dozers and skid steers for earthworks, cranes and aerial platforms for lifting and access, compactors and rollers for roads, concrete pumps and batching plants for pours, and generators, compressors, containers, trailers and trucks for site support. Nothing in these groups is listed for Bengaluru yet.
No rates are published because nothing is listed. Each supplier sets its own, by the day, week or month. Ask whether the price covers an operator, fuel and delivery, and have GST shown separately. Confirm everything with the supplier before booking.
Bengaluru's building activity is spread across the city rather than centred in one place. Industrial plots in the north-west around Peenya, the Hosur Road and Electronic City corridor, the east towards Whitefield and the ITPL area, and the airport side near Devanahalli are all places where a machine may be wanted. A supplier will state which parts of the city it reaches, and how far a trailer will go.
Typical hirers are builders, infrastructure contractors, warehouse developers and fit-out teams who need a machine for a job rather than a purchase. Buyers can look at equipment for sale in India, and suppliers can list their machines for free. The inquiry board shows what renters are asking for. For other cities see the India rental hub.
Suppliers list machines with their own terms. A renter finds a listing, or posts a request, and speaks to the supplier by phone or WhatsApp to agree dates, price and delivery. The marketplace takes no commission. Bengaluru has no listings yet, so a request is the practical start.
It depends on how long the machine is busy. A short job, such as a foundation dig or a single pour, usually favours hire, as there is no purchase, storage or resale. A machine used most of the year may be cheaper to own. Compare supplier quotes first.
Give the machine type and size, the site location, the start date and duration, and whether an operator is needed. Mention access limits such as narrow gates or soft ground. The more exact the request, the fewer follow-up questions.
Some suppliers offer daily hire and others set a minimum period, often because of transport. Each supplier decides this and states it on the listing or in the quote. Ask about delivery and return costs, which weigh heavily on a short hire.
That varies by supplier and by machine. Some hire with an operator and others without, and the listing or quote should say which. Operators need a valid licence for the machine class, so confirm this before booking.
Yes. Any supplier can list equipment for free, with rates in INR and contact details for phone and WhatsApp. Posting an ad is the way to begin. Paid plans exist for suppliers who want extra visibility, but they are optional.
