Operating weight governs how much the machine can lift and how stable it is. Dig depth and reach decide whether it can do the profile on the drawing. Check the access too: gate width, overhead lines and whether a trailer can reach the site. Then settle two things with the supplier: whether the excavator comes with an operator or dry, and which attachments, such as a breaker or a rock bucket, are included.
Soft ground after rain changes the choice: tracked machines stay stable where wheeled ones struggle, and a trailer may need firm ground to unload. Plan for overhead cables, buried services and any limit on working hours near homes or hospitals. Builders, road and drainage contractors and landscaping firms are the usual hirers of these machines in India, and most of them settle these points with the supplier before the machine leaves its yard.
