Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No boom loaders are listed for hire in India today. Rigid, rotating and compact models will appear here once suppliers list them. For a job that needs one soon, post a request and verified suppliers can answer with a quote.
Boom loaders are telescopic handlers: a boom that extends forward and up, carried on a heavy chassis. Suppliers will publish their machines with the lift capacity, reach and attachments, and renters contact them by phone or WhatsApp. The marketplace charges renters nothing and takes no commission. Prices will show in INR where a supplier states them.
A rigid boom loader is the straightforward choice for loading pallets, bricks and blocks, and for placing materials on scaffolding or onto trailers. A rotating (roto) boom loader turns its upper structure, so it can place loads to the side without repositioning, which helps on cramped plots. A compact boom loader is narrow and low, built for warehouses, covered yards and tight access.
The load chart is what counts. The lift capacity falls as the boom extends, so a machine rated for a few tonnes close in may carry far less at full reach. Tell the supplier the weight of the heaviest load, the height you must reach and how far forward the machine must place it.
Attachments change what the machine can do. Forks suit pallets and bricks, a bucket moves loose material, and a work platform can turn the machine into a lift for light jobs. Ask which attachments come with the hire and whether the platform has the right safety fittings.
Always lift to the load chart, and keep the boom low while travelling with a load. Use forks or a bucket only for what they are designed for, and do not lift people unless the machine has an approved work platform. Suppliers with boom loaders can list them for free, and the inquiry board shows what renters are asking for.
The India site begins with Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. Larger models travel on a trailer, so distance affects cost. See the India rental hub for other categories or boom loaders for sale to buy instead.
No rates are published because nothing is listed yet. Each supplier sets its price by day, week or month, and it varies with lift capacity, reach and attachments. Ask for the machine, operator, fuel and transport to be priced separately, with GST shown.
Work out the heaviest load, the height and the forward reach, then ask the supplier to check them against the machine's load chart at that reach. Say whether the ground is level and whether you need to rotate. That is enough for a supplier to suggest a model.
That depends on the supplier. Some provide an operator and others hire the machine only, so the listing or quote should say. The operator must hold a valid licence for the machine class, and lifting loads at height needs care, so confirm this before booking.
It can be, since a boom loader is handy for a single delivery or unloading day. Suppliers set their own minimum hire, and transport can dominate the cost of a short booking. Ask for delivery and return charges before you decide.
There is no fixed radius. Each supplier states how far it delivers, and the charge usually rises with distance. A larger boom loader needs a trailer, while a compact one is easier to move. Ask for the full delivery cost in the quote.
Only with an approved work platform fitted, and the supplier must confirm the machine and the platform are made for it. Never stand on forks or in a bucket. Ask the supplier about the platform and the safety fittings before you rely on one for work at height.
