Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No trucks are listed for hire in Delhi NCR today. Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad have no supplier stock on the site yet. A hirer can post a request, and fleet owners can list trucks free.
A supplier will list the truck, its body and its terms. The hirer contacts them by phone or WhatsApp and agrees the period, the route and the INR price, with GST shown. The marketplace takes no commission. For the national page, see trucks for rent in India.
Dump trucks, or tippers, carry soil, stone and debris and tip it out. Transport or cargo trucks move materials and goods. Water tankers serve dust suppression, curing and sites without a supply. Transit mixers carry ready-mixed concrete from the plant to the pour.
Choose on payload and body type, then on the haul. A long, empty return trip counts in the price, so ask whether the quote is per day, per trip or per kilometre. A tipper working between a site and a dump yard may be best on a trip basis, while one on a long project suits a monthly term. Ask who pays for diesel, tolls and the driver's allowance.
Gurugram and Manesar generate spoil from basements and need tippers and mixers at all hours. Noida and Greater Noida combine warehouse construction with road and expressway works. Faridabad and Ballabgarh move aggregates and industrial goods. Delhi city, Dwarka and the airport corridor have debris and material movements that must fit local timings. Entry of commercial and heavy vehicles into the city can be limited at certain hours, and rules can differ between states and cities, so the supplier should know the timings. Water tankers are used on dust-controlled sites.
A truck on the road needs its own valid registration and the driver needs a licence for the class. Ask for copies before the truck starts. Moving across state lines can involve extra documents, which the supplier should explain. See also trucks for sale in Delhi NCR and the metro rental hub.
No rate can be given since nothing is listed. Suppliers price by day, month, trip or kilometre. Fuel, tolls, the driver and waiting time change the total. Ask for them to be written out, with GST shown.
Match the body type to the material, then the payload to the volume per trip. A tipper suits spoil and aggregate, a mixer concrete, and a tanker water. Tell the supplier the route and the loading point.
Many trucks are hired with a driver, and the listing or quote should say so. Drivers need a valid licence for the vehicle class. Check also who is responsible for traffic fines.
For many cargo and tipper trucks it is. Suppliers set minimums and may price by the trip. Ask about waiting time at the loading and unloading points.
The truck needs valid registration and the driver a licence for the class. Other permits depend on the goods, the route and the local authority, especially across state lines. Ask the supplier which documents they carry.
Post a request with the body type, payload, route and dates. Suppliers can reply by phone or WhatsApp as they join. Posting is free for hirers.
