Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No trucks are listed for rent in India today. The India site has only just re-opened, and suppliers have not listed yet. Suppliers can list a truck for free, and anyone needing haulage can post a request.
Builders, quarry and earthwork contractors, ready-mix plants and warehouses all hire trucks when their own fleet falls short. Suppliers list their own vehicles on EquipmentsFinder, and renters contact them by phone or WhatsApp. Renters pay the platform nothing and no commission is taken. Whether you hire per trip, per day or per month, agree it before the truck starts.
Payload is the weight the truck is rated to carry, so overloading is a safety risk. Match the body to the material: a tipper for loose material, a flat or box body for cargo, a tank for liquids, a drum for concrete. For concrete, travel time matters because the mix has a limited working life.
A truck that runs on public roads must carry its own registration and papers, and the supplier should be able to show them. Haul distance changes the economics: a short, repeated run suits hiring by the day or month, and a long one-off move may be cheaper per trip. Tell the supplier the route, the number of trips and the loading and unloading times.
No rates are shown, because nothing is listed. Suppliers price in INR, per trip, day or month, and the quote depends on the truck, distance, driver and fuel. Ask whether GST is added.
Trucks drive themselves to your site, so supplier distance matters less than for most equipment. Listings will be reachable from the pages for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. To buy, see trucks for sale.
Say the truck type, the material, the route, the trips and the dates in a request. More categories are on the rent hub, and open requests on the inquiry board.
No trucks are listed yet, so no rate can be quoted. Suppliers set INR rates by truck type, distance and period. Post a request to compare offers.
Start with the material and the payload, then choose the body: tipper, cargo, tanker or mixer. Add the route and the number of trips, and the supplier can suggest a size.
It varies by supplier. Many trucks are hired with a driver, but this is stated on the listing or confirmed when you contact the supplier. Drivers need a valid licence for the vehicle class.
Often yes, since many trucks are hired by the day or by the trip. Ask how fuel, waiting time and tolls are handled.
There is no fixed radius. Each supplier decides where it will send a truck and what it charges, and states this on the listing or when asked.
Use the Post an Ad page. Listing is free, and renters contact you through the phone and WhatsApp details on the listing.
