Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No lifting equipment is listed for hire in Hyderabad today, Secunderabad included. The India site has only just opened and no supplier here has added a hoist, winch, jack or sling set yet. When a plant move or lift is planned, a request is the way in, and verified suppliers can answer it. Anyone who owns one can list equipment free. Beyond Hyderabad, see the national page, lifting equipment for rent in India.
Each supplier posts their gear and hirers phone or WhatsApp them. Hirers are not charged by the marketplace, which takes no cut of the deal. Describe the load and the move, then ask for the rated capacity and the test papers before the equipment leaves the supplier.
Manual or electric hoists on a beam or gantry for lifting machinery, tanks and process equipment during maintenance.
Winches pull a load into position, for moving heavy items across a floor or recovering a stuck vehicle.
Hydraulic jacks raise heavy equipment by small amounts, and portable gantries provide a lifting point where there is no overhead beam.
Slings, shackles and spreader beams link the load to the hook. They are inspected items with markings, so check their condition.
Safe working load is the most an item should carry. Work out the heaviest load, add the weight of rigging, and select equipment with a SWL above it. Do not use any sling or shackle that has no visible rating. Pharma plants often have strict site rules, so ask whether equipment needs to be cleaned or certified on entry.
Manual chain blocks are simple and suit short, infrequent lifts. Electric hoists are faster and better for repeated cycles, but need a power point. Weigh the lift height, the number of lifts and the crew available.
There are no listings today, so there are no rates to show yet; they will appear on listings as suppliers add them. Each item carries its own price per day, week or month, set by the supplier. Ask about inspection certificates, a deposit and GST on its own line.
Workshops and fabricators move presses and tooling, which suits hoists and jacks for short hires.
Plant shutdowns call for tested slings, gantries and winches to replace large process items.
Building services and lift installation in towers use hoists, rigging and temporary gantries.
New plant and warehouse fit-outs need rigging to place racking, cleanroom units and utilities.
In a request, give the load, lift height, site and dates. See the Hyderabad rental hub, the same category in Chennai, or lifting equipment for sale in Hyderabad.
Nothing is listed yet, so there is no price to quote. Each item carries its own price per day, week or month, set by the supplier. Ask whether inspection, delivery or a deposit applies, and keep GST itemised.
Take the heaviest load, add the rigging, and choose an item whose safe working load is above both. Then look at lift height, available power and whether manual or electric suits. A supplier can confirm the choice.
Practice differs between suppliers, so check the listing or ask. Request a current test certificate and a rating that is plainly marked on the item. Leave anything without a legible rating in the yard.
Small items such as hoists and slings can often go out for a day, while a supplier may set a longer minimum for heavier gear. Agree the collection and return times, and who checks the item at handover.
Small hoists, jacks and slings do not normally need registering, but your site may have rules about certification and who may use them. Ask the supplier which papers come with the item, and check site requirements before it arrives.
Send a request describing the load, height and dates. Verified suppliers across the market see it, and those with suitable gear can respond to you. It costs nothing, and you can decline every reply.
