Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No crushers are listed for hire in India today. Jaw, cone and impact crushers and mobile crushing plants will appear here once suppliers list them. If quarry, demolition or recycling work needs one, post a request and verified suppliers can reply with a quote.
Describe the feed material, the largest piece going in, the size you want out and the tonnes per hour you need. Suppliers with a suitable crusher then contact you by phone or WhatsApp to agree the price, the crew and the delivery. EquipmentsFinder charges renters nothing and takes no commission, and prices will show in INR where a supplier states them.
Jaw crushers break large, hard rock and demolition concrete in a first pass. Cone crushers take the smaller output of a primary stage and produce a more consistent product. Impact crushers shape and reduce softer, less abrasive stone, and are often used on recycled concrete and asphalt. Mobile crushing plants put a crusher on tracks or wheels, so it works where the material is, with no need to haul it to a fixed plant.
The feed opening limits the largest piece a crusher can accept, so measure the biggest rock or concrete slab you expect. Throughput is quoted in tonnes per hour, and depends on the material, the setting and how steadily it is fed.
Most jobs use stages. Primary crushing reduces large pieces, while secondary and tertiary crushing refine the size and shape. Hard, abrasive rock, such as granite, wears parts faster than limestone or recycled concrete, which affects cost. Say what you are crushing and the product you want, such as base course, aggregate or fill.
Crushing makes dust and noise, so plan water suppression and check any limits on noise and dust that apply. Leave space for feed, stockpiles of the finished product and a screen. Suppliers with crushers can list them for free.
The six India metro areas are Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. Crushers are heavy and move on low-loaders, so transport needs planning. See the India rental hub or crushers for sale.
No rates are published because nothing is listed yet. Suppliers set their own prices, normally by month, and transport and set-up are often priced apart. Ask for each cost in writing, with GST shown separately, so quotes can be compared.
Tell the supplier the material, the largest feed piece, the product size and the tonnes per hour. They can recommend a jaw, cone, impact or mobile plant and the number of stages. Mention the site layout, because stockpile and screening space affect the set-up.
It varies. Some suppliers provide an operator or crew with the plant, while others hire it dry. The listing or quote should state which, and who handles wear parts and routine maintenance. Operators need to be trained for the equipment.
Rarely worthwhile, since moving and setting up a crusher takes much longer than a day. Suppliers usually set a longer minimum period. Each supplier decides this and states it on the listing or in the quote.
There is no fixed radius. Each supplier states how far it delivers, and the charge rises with distance. A crushing plant moves in several loads, so ask for the full delivery, set-up and return cost.
That varies by supplier. Wear parts such as jaw plates and blow bars are sometimes charged by the tonne, or left to the renter, and fuel may or may not be included. The listing or quote should say. Ask before signing, as wear can be a large cost.
