No combination rollers are listed for hire in India today. The India site is new and the first suppliers are still to list. If a paving or compaction job is planned, post a request and verified suppliers can reply with a quote.
A combination roller pairs a steel drum with pneumatic tyres, so one machine can seal asphalt and compact soil or base course. Suppliers will list their rollers with drum width, weight and operating mode, and renters contact them by phone or WhatsApp. Renters pay the marketplace nothing and it takes no commission. Prices will appear in INR where stated.
A tandem combination roller is self-propelled and carries its own driver, which makes it the usual choice on road and car-park resurfacing. A towed or static combination roller is pulled behind a tractor or truck and suits larger areas of base-course work where you already have a prime mover and want a lower hire cost.
Wider drums cover the strip in fewer passes, but a wide machine may not fit between kerbs or into a narrow lane. The weight and the compaction force must match the layer: too light and the material is not compacted, too heavy and a thin asphalt layer can crack.
