Need equipment? Have equipment?
Buyers post one request and get quotes from verified suppliers. Suppliers list free and reach active demand.
No excavators are listed for sale in Hyderabad today, Secunderabad included. The India site has only just opened and no seller here has added a machine yet. Anyone looking to buy can send a purchase request, which verified sellers can answer, and any owner can list an excavator free. Beyond Hyderabad, see the national page, excavators for sale in India.
Sellers publish machines with photos, hours and specifications, and buyers call or message them to settle price, inspection and delivery. The marketplace does not charge buyers or take a share of the sale. A request puts your need in front of sellers while the page is empty.
Light machines for colony plots, drains and trenches beside existing buildings, easy to carry on a small trailer.
The mainstay for basements, foundations and bulk earthworks, and the class most often bought used.
Road-going machines for utility and highway corridors, quick to relocate.
For desilting lakes, nalas and channels across the city's water network.
Operating weight sets the machine class, the trailer needed and the fuel burned. Dig depth and reach decide what it can do from one position. Much of the city is built on hard granite, so a machine bought for soft soil may struggle. Think about the rock you will meet before choosing a class.
Buckets, a hydraulic breaker and quick hitches are separate costs. A used excavator that has worked rock will show wear on the boom, stick and bucket pins, and its breaker line. A machine bought without an operator needs a trained driver on your payroll.
Prices will show on each listing once sellers add machines; today there is nothing to quote. Each seller names a price, driven mainly by class, age, hours and condition. Ask for GST on its own line.
The usual questions are hours, undercarriage wear, hydraulic leaks and whether spares and a service engineer are nearby. A machine sitting idle for a week costs more than the saving on a cheap one.
Small contractors buy mini and small crawler machines.
Industrial earthwork firms look for mid-size crawlers that can take a breaker.
Basement and foundation contractors buy mid-size and large crawlers.
Large site grading favours bigger crawler excavators and long working periods.
A request works best when it states the machine class, budget, age preference and timing. See the Hyderabad for-sale hub, the same category in Chennai, or excavators for rent in Hyderabad.
Nothing is listed here yet, so there is no price to quote. Sellers name their own, shaped by class, age, hours and how hard the machine has worked, rock work especially. Ask for the figure in writing with GST on a separate line.
List the deepest dig, the longest reach and the volume of your typical job, then the trailer and site access you have. Mini machines fit tight colony plots, crawlers fit basements, and long-reach arms suit lake and nala work. Mention rock to the seller.
New gives you a warranty and a service contact. Used gives you a lower price and quicker delivery, with the risk of hidden wear. For rock work, look hard at the boom, stick and undercarriage. Compare the saving with the cost of any breakdown.
Ask the seller to arrange one. Run the machine through its full range, watch for slow or jerky hydraulics, look at track wear, pins and bushes, and read the hours. Take a mechanic along and ask to see the service record.
Look for a tax invoice with GST shown and clear proof that the seller owns the machine. A wheeled excavator may be registered as a vehicle, in which case transfer papers apply. Check the details with the seller and the transport authority.
Post a request naming the class, budget and timing. Verified sellers across the market see it, and those with a suitable excavator can reply directly. It is free, and you are under no duty to buy.
