10 Ton Forklift (without Operator & Diesel) Terms and Conditions: • Minimum 10 hours per day, 60 hours per week & 260 hours in a month. • Any extra hour will be charged as pro-rata basis. • Diesel will be provided by Client. • All necessary passes and permissions required by law for the Equipment and crews to enter and carry out the operation at site must be arranged by the Client. • All necessary Police/Municipality/RTA permissions must be obtained by the Client. • The access/entrance of the site should be cleared of all parked vehicles and other obstacles. • While at site operator will be under the sole supervision of the Client who will supervise and give clear directions for all work to be performed by operator at site and Client will be responsible for all acts or omissions of operator which occur while such directions are being carried out. • Minimum one day will be charged upon mobilization of the Equipment form our yard. • Selected contract work will not be converted in Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis. • No discount will be provided for reasons like delay in work due to no fault of ours. • Vat 5% will be charged on total invoice.
