We are a KSA-based machinery rental and sourcing company with growing operations in the UAE, currently engaged in the procurement of high-capacity used mobile crawler cranes for a critical, Aramco-approved infrastructure project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking used crawler cranes ranging from 250 tons to 600 tons from internationally reputed OEMs such as Liebherr, Kobelco, Terex-Demag, Manitowoc, and Tadano. Your company has been recommended as a credible supplier for such heavy assets, and we would like to request a formal quotation for the below units: 📌 Crane Purchase Requirements 1. Mobile Crawler Crane – 250 Ton Class (Qty: 2 Units) Capacity: 275 US Ton (250 Metric Ton) Main Boom: 230–260 ft (70–80m) Fixed Jib: 60 ft (18m) Hook Blocks: 200T and 165T Aux Ball: 15T Engine: Tier 3 Model Year: 2010–2012 onwards 2. Mobile Crawler Crane – 500–600 Ton Class (Qty: 1 Unit) Main Boom: 230–260 ft Fly Jib: 230 ft Superlift: 20–30m Hook Blocks: 400T & 200T (Double Hook), 50T (Single Hook), 16T Ball Engine: Tier 3 Tray for 200T Counterweight, Superlift Adjustment Device Optional: Hook Lock #LR 3. Mobile Crawler Crane – 400 Ton Class (Qty: 1 Unit) Main Boom: 230–260 ft Fly Jib: 230 ft Hook Blocks: 320T (11-sheaves, convertible to 160T), 100T, 50T, 15T Ball Engine: Tier 3 Optional: Hook Lock #LR 📝 Mandatory Technical & Compliance Requirements Units must be export-ready to KSA with: 1-Year Warranty or 2,000 working hours Load test certificate after assembly OEM and Third-party (Aramco-compliant) certification Conformity certificates for wire ropes & hook blocks EC/ANSI/BS or equivalent international standard compliance Spare parts, user, and maintenance manuals (3 sets, English) Full photo set, current condition report, serial/VIN documentation We kindly request your best commercial offer including: Equipment FOB/FCA pricing and Incoterms Machine location and availability Inspection scheduling Export documentation support (SABER or equivalent) We are on a time-sensitive procurement schedule and would highly appreciate a prompt response to this inquiry.
